Yes, please click on button “Create alert”

Question 2: How to view Alert from Loans page?

Please click on “View Alert/ Inactive Alert” button

Question 3: How will status of alert after loan is locked?

Status of Alert is inactive

Question 4: What will happen after loan is funded?

The system will create new alert automatically. Status of alert is inactive and rate of new alert will lower than locked rate

Question 5: What is the purpose of creating alert for borrower after loan is funded?

After loan is funded, system will automatically create an alert for borrower to help Borrower for future loan's refinance

Question 6: How will status of alert after loan is marked dead?

Broker can set active or inactive. Default is active
